Frequently featured in media outlets for his thought-leadership, Gralpois is a seasoned business executive and serial entrepreneur. He has worked with the most prestigious brands in the world, including Microsoft, Visa, Toyota, IBM, P&G, Dell, and others, steering business partnerships in excess of $1 billion.

Among other noteworthy accomplishments, the French-American Entrepreneur received the Microsoft Marketing Excellence Award from Steve Ballmer, then-CEO, for his leadership. He's held leadership roles in fast-growing pre-IPO companies. Gralpois grew up in France and holds an MBA in International Business. He was appointed as French Foreign Trade Adviser in the United States by the French Ministry of Trade and Commerce. He's a Faculty Member of the ANA School of Marketing. He's also the co-founder and principal of Agency Mania Solutions, a software company headquartered in Seattle, WA. He is the author of multiple books: "Agency Mania", available in multiple languages and considered a reference book in the business community. He's also the author of "Magnifique Inside & Out" which has been featured on several radio and TV shows.
